Thank you for shopping with Match.D. We are committed to providing high-quality matcha products and excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
Returns & Refund Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of our matcha products, we only accept returns and refunds for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns for change of mind or opened food products due to health and safety regulations. Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please email us at hello@shopmatchd.com.au with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief explanation. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where Match.D has sent incorrect or damaged products.
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct product. Please contact us within 7 days to arrange an exchange.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card provider as processing times may vary. If you still need assistance, contact us at hello@shopmatchd.com.au.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.
